Services

Our services include cleaning out belongings from an estate or property that needs to be downsized in Saskatchewan. We accomplish this by either selling items through our partner online auction house, or by donating, recycling, or reusing as much as possible.

Straight Clean Out

If there is nothing of particular value in the contents of the estate, we can remove them from the property and make all decisions of how to dispose of them. We will try to donate, recycle, or reuse as much as possible.

Partial Sale With Clean Out

If you would like to sell some of the higher value items in the estate, we can connect you with an established, Saskatchewan-based, online auction house for the sale. Then we can transport those items to the auction house, and clean out the rest of the home like a straight clean out.

Full Sale With Clean Out

We can catalogue, take pictures, and describe all items for an online auction, which will be run through an established, third-party site. Pick up of items will occur out of the estate property, and we will take care of all of the details. Meanwhile, we will dispose of any other property not appropriate for a sale.

Downsizing Services

Depending on the number and type of items to be disposed of, we can do one of two things.

1. We can catalogue, take pictures, and describe all items for an online auction. This auction will be run through an established, third-party site (with pick up occurring out of the home being downsized).

2. We can connect you directly with an established, Saskatchewan-based, online auction house for the sale of the items. In addition, we can transport the items to the auction house for you.

Custom Services

We can customize our services to suit your particular needs. If you have property that you need to dispose of, just give us a call and we can discuss the details.
